This is a contractual role with an opportunity to get converted to a full-time role based on the performance and business requirement. The Business Development Consultant role has the prime responsibility to convert the leads into sales; working in collaboration with the sales team in accelerating sales and meeting the team's target.

Responsibilities :
- Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone.
- Present product solutions virtually.
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales.
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals.
- Respond quickly to assigned leads (No cold calling target)
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Use and become an expert on Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Required Skills :
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA (marketing/sales)
- 1 - 5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / Educational Sales.
- Excellent command over English (Spoken & Written Both)
- Should be fluent in Hindi (Mandatory)
- Good negotiation and pitching skills required.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced startup. EdTech experience is an added advantage.
- Multidisciplinary, continuous learning mindset
- Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality.
