Unacademy - Associate - Business Development - B2B Segment (1-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Connect with TAs and HRs from these companies to propagate Relevel's value proposition.
- Research, maintain and update a large hit list of companies that we intend to target.
- Be very meticulous about data tracking from all input metrics to various output metrics to systematically improve existing processes.
- Generate reports using data and come up with insights to make needle-moving changes to our approach and processes.
- Work with corporate marketing on campaigns to ensure higher visibility for Relevel to companies.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A result-oriented mindset, ability to drive yourself.
- Understanding the user's point of view and coming to middle grounds in specific situations.
- An understanding of processes and an ability to relentlessly adhere to them and improve them constantly.
- Strong attention to detail and a very high ethical compass.
- Availability to join immediately.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales only.
