Uma Polymers - Key Account Manager (5-15 yrs)
Brief Job Description -
To look after the Key account support activities in the assigned region and maintain healthy relation with clients and to cater to the client requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities -
1. Help the key accounts in planning for periodic & possible job execution well in advance.
2. Book orders from the customers/branches and agree upon the delivery date in consultation with planning and communicate back
3. Liaison with the key account/branch and Inter departments for collecting all inputs pertains to the specific job, processing internally and obtaining approval for execution
4. Agree upon the dates for sub-processes with departments for final delivery
5. Monitor and drive the execution of various processes based on the plan, gather all operation related information & escalate to concerned person in case of gap identified
6. Ensure the adherence of the quality standards of the company
7. Develop & maintain good relationship for developing loyal customers
8. Facilitate & support customer/prospect factory visits, sample developments for new projects including tenders and new project implementation
9. Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives.
10. Accountable for the on-time implementation of sales & delivery.
