Job Description:

- Drive sustainable profitable sales & UIL market share growth by identifying the customer needs & opportunities, establishing/building solid customer relationship, leading & coordinating UIL activities, and promoting/selling relevant UIL fragrance\Flavor and Essential Oils.

- Marketing - Forming & implementing Marketing strategy, marketing communication plans.

- Working on projects with customers in the cosmetics industry.

- Develop & execute strategic marketing & business plans, initiatives & objectives.

- Proven ability to manage key account relationships, channel members, and large-scale projects increasing the profitability of the organization.

- Proficient in managing key high-value projects.
