Ultra Chemical Works - International Sales Role (3-8 yrs)
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territories and market.
2. Manage existing customer relationships and develop new ones.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and P&L target.
4. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
5. Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
6. Manage the profit centre and ensure profitability of the business.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies.
8. Responsible for achieving the team targets as per the agreed timeline along with responsibility for credit management and collection targets.
9. Develop the team to achieve the higher growth and leadership in the market.
10. Focus on new business development activities of corporate/large accounts and deliver the results as per the agreed timeline.
11. Customer Trouble shooting
12. Evaluate market competition, analyze competitor's offerings, pricing strategies etc.
13. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business projects with existing or new customers as well as driving current sales and business growth with existing customers in the Co's Product segment.
14. This role is responsible for implementing the Domestic & International Sales Plan and Strategy and is accountable for the commercial results: volume, price, development, contribution margin and marketing in addition to implementing the development pipeline and sales activities.
Working Days & Timings- Monday to Saturday (6 days working), 10 am - 7 pm,
