Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic & result driven candidate to drive the sales globally. Candidate will be responsible for identifying new potential clients & build strong relationship with them & ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities across international markets.
2. Develop and manage a sales pipeline for chemical products
3. Negotiate and close sales agreements in accordance with company policies and strategies.
4. Developing product wise business plan for achieving targeted sales & profitability
5. Finding new application for product & Timely Sales positions based on market intelligence.
6. Identifying newer value proposition for customers & devising plan to deliver.
7. Lead Inquiry, Order Management, Receivable management, Customer satisfaction & complaint redressal.
8. Evaluate market competition, analyze competitor's offerings, pricing strategies etc.
9. Attend international trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.
10. Maintain CRM sales reports, sales pipeline, and coordinate for order fulfilment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: BSC or equivalent/MBA will be added advantage
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in international sales from similar industry only
- Skills: Strong key account development, negotiation, CRM proficiency
- Industry Network: Established connections within target sectors are a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
