Ultra Autosonic India - Manager - Export Sales (3-5 yrs)
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients. Establishing new business links.
- Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs select products to meet customers' needs, product specifications, and regulations. Answer customers' questions about the prices, availability, and uses of the products.
- Setting up meetings presenting product / service demonstrations with the prospective clients.
- Negotiating, preparing and submitting contracts, orders and service agreements to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
- Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
