Role & responsibilities :

2. Client Acquisition : Engage in market research, networking, and cold calling to discover new business opportunities, while fostering and sustaining relationships with potential clients by comprehending their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation : Achieve and surpass sales goals through impactful promotion of products/services, adept deal closures, and skillful negotiation to secure mutually beneficial contract terms for both the company and clients.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1- 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
