1. Building reliable Strategy to research on Channel Partner activation for the site
2. Very Strong Channel Partner network in western suburbs
3. Responsible for Market research and surveys
4. Meeting Channel partners on daily, weekly, monthly basis to generate business ( on Field)
5. Training team on sourcing walk ins through Channel partners (150 to 200 monthly on sustenance model)
6. Strong Network for corporate and society activities to generate leads for the project
7. Strong Business development skills to generate revenue from the market
8. Activating Institutional Channel Partners and International property consultants for the company
9. Responsible to generate 30% of the walk ins through Channel partners for respective site
10. Responsible to design Channel partner strategies every month
11. Responsible for achieving Individual as well as team sourcing Target set by the management
12. Participating in various exhibitions and activities to generate leads for the company
