Ujala Credit Cooperative Society - Team Leader - Sales (2-4 yrs)
- Supervise, monitor staff and ensure that staff achieve allotted targets. (Monthly/quarterly /yearly target).
- Recruitment Of sales team, Supervise whether complete staffing requirements are met for smooth functioning in the regions.
- Manage tele calling team at HO level with different calling agenda. (OD, Loan verification, Welcome calls to members and advisors etc ).
- Scrutinization of the Daily Sales Reports and identify the gaps of sales team.
- Training the staff to develop the competency level. Ensure that entire team is adequately oriented/trained for their respective roles.
- Team building through various methodology.
- Ensure all business reports are submitted to COHs and identify the scope of improving the business (with proposal).
- Close Monitoring of staff through tracking App (Employroll ) and branch camera.
- Keep a tight check on sales team for achieving their targets .
- Ensure that timely reporting is followed by branches in the regions in coordination with head office.
- Ensure all policy/circulars/any changes in them are communicated to the staff / members and advisors without delay.
- To visit all branches at least once in a quarter.
- Supervise the market research activity for both branch expansion and product development in the regions, hence contributing in business expansion and business promotion.
