Setting up the Retail solar business at Ujaas Energy

Key Responsibility Areas:

Marketing Strategy, Brand promotion & Communication, Consumer/Customer Insight & Market Research

Creation & Management of Leadership Product Portfolio

Product road-map & life-cycle management

3P and Market Share management

Setting Up & Managing Distribution Network

Managing Supply Chain related to Distribution Network, Channel Sales Market Intelligence, suitability, sales forecast & commercialization Drive sales performance for retail business family. Create sales and marketing plans for the retail business

Drive sales performance and Develop meaningful business plans for the sales to be measured against to deliver results.

Build strong personal relationships with leadership and partners

Must have solid working knowledge of the sales process

The ability to lead change, motivate team members, make challenging decisions

Responsible for generating and managing business relationships for Ujaas retail businessDemonstrating professionalism and work ethics is a must

Experience and Qualifications Required:

MBA in sales and Marketing from premium B-school

10+ years in sales and marketing with FMCG/Consumer Durable/E-commerce industry
