Ugam - Manager - Business Alliance (7-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish strong alliances and partnerships with clients and key account representatives through various modes of networking
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client partnerships
- Gather market intelligence, generate leads, strategic analysis and proposition/campaign development to garner new business for the organization
- Lead and assist in preparing go-to-market strategies
- Participate/coordinate in the RFP process, projects, contracts, etc.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions as per client / market needs
- Measure effectiveness and performance of client partnerships
- Be accountable for the ROI on sales investments
- Participate in account reviews at regular intervals to meet the business and client objectives
- Create a robust sales pipeline towards meeting short-term and long-term objectives
- Travel nationally and internationally for conferences, client meetings and events
