Ufaber - Manager - Sales (4-10 yrs)
- We expect you to do the most interesting and rewarding part of the business, i.e. sales. Here is a brief list of things to give you more idea of what you would be doing.
1. Set up entire outbound Telemarketing operations for the organization
2. Manage in-house inside sales process; also monitor the outsourced sales work
3. Manage leads from all sources and understand business metrics
4. Manage cross-sell/up-sell campaigns by creating a process-driven framework.
5. Lead, mentor & monitor performance of councilor, team lead and Sales manager and ensure target achievement.
6. Implement adequate measures to maximize productivity and revenue generation.
7. Working as an Individual contributor for a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 2 months for understanding our process, product and sales workforce before handling a team of approximately 10-20+ BDE, Sr BDE & BDM.
