uFaber - Manager - Inside Sales (3-9 yrs)

uFaber is a profitable Edutech startup, founded by serial entrepreneurs from IIT Bombay to change the way we learn. Technology has changed almost every aspect of our life but the way we learn is still the same. We sell high-quality online courses on a variety of topics, like exam preparation to certifications. We are building a team of super smart and high IQ people who love what they do.
What we expect from you-
We expect you to do the most interesting and rewarding part of the business, i.e. sales.
Here is a brief list of things to give you more idea of what you would be doing.
1. Manage in-house inside sales process; also monitor the outsourced sales work
2. Manage leads from all sources and understand business metrics
3. Lead, mentor & monitor performance of councilor, team lead and Sales manager and ensure target achievement.
4. Implement adequate measures to maximize productivity and revenue generation.
5. Working as an Individual contributor for a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 2 months for understanding our process, product and sales workforce before handling a team.
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for somebody who is hardcore business man/woman and loves the sales numbers. Here is a brief list of things that we expect from you.
1. Proven track record of working and achieving targets in sales.
2. Work hard and party harder.
3. Great communication and convincing skills.
4. You believe that you can sell anything to anybody.
5. You understand the dynamic and process of telesales.
