Ufaber - Manager - Business Development (1-8 yrs)
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales and working with the clients through the closing process
- Counsel students / parents about courses & products.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting sales
- Maintaining short and long - term business development plans
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
- Maintain team of business development executives (depending on the role)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years' prior industry related business development experience

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

- Job Location is Mumbai / Out station candidates will have to relocate as soon as possible.
