uFaber - Manager - B2B Sales/Channel Sales (2-11 yrs)

Position Overview-
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Partner/B2B Sales Manager to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and managing strategic B2B partnerships, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships. This role requires a strong blend of sales expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders. Your roles and responsibilities would include:
1. Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their continued engagement and success.
3. Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
4. Manage the entire sales cycle, from first lead dialing to deal closure, while ensuring a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
5. Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, presentations, and tools to assist partners in effectively promoting our products and services.
6. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of channel partner programs.
7. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to optimize partner performance and revenue generation.
8. Provide valuable market insights and feedback to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Desired Skills and Experience :
1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in hardcore sales, B2B sales, channel partner management, or business development, preferably within EdTech industry.
3. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Someone who is currently in, or is ready to relocate to Mumbai for this In-Office job opportunity.
