Profile: Content Manager

Key Responsibilities

- To develop creative and academic content in written and other multi-media formats

- To engage with content and tech teams on a continuous basis to improve the product, content and service aspects of the vertical.

- To engage with trainers and ensure process compliance and session quality improvement.

- To conduct critical analysis of student performance metrics and generate action plans to improve the key metrics.

- To work on creative writing projects to increase the brand's social media presence.

- To work on creative writing projects pertaining to marketing activities for the brand.

- To engage with the strategy team and take active part in product evolution and future business scaling.

Skills & Education Qualifications:

- MA in English from a reputed college, the excellent grip of language and ability to create academic and creative content both.

- Should be able to teach and have an impressive personality.

- A highly creative mind which can weave interesting stories at the drop of a hat

- Passion for writing anytime, anywhere, any format

- Excellent command in written English

- Ability to churn out quality content at a high pace

- Have both left and right brain abilities

- Strong Research Skills.

- Must be able to adapt to a range of genre's and different writing styles

- Should be passionate about writing

- Published blogs or articles, has own website

- At least 3 year exp with writing content for a company or institute.
