What will you do?
- First thing first, achieve your targets by 100%..:)
- Managing, training, motivating, driving, and all sort of thing of your team of sales executives and managers and ensure that they achieve their targets.
- Sales planning and coming up with creative and crazy ideas of increasing the numbers and setting up new records
- Everything else that is required to grow 25% month on month.
What skills are required?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in sales (Inside sales) and experience of managing a team of minimum 25 people.
- Hands-on, on-ground, practical, and result-oriented approach to work.
- Creative thinking and zeal to do big in life.
