- Managing, training, motivating, driving team of sales executives and managers to ensure that they achieve their targets.
- Sales planning and coming up with creative and crazy ideas of increasing the numbers and setting up new records

Skills Required :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in sales (Inside sales) and experience of managing a team of minimum 25 members
