Job Title : Executive - Call Centre
Job Location : Mumbai
Education Qualificaiton : DMLT/M.Sc (MLT) / B.Sc (MLT)/ CMLT / GNM .
Experience : 1 - 4 Yeas of Relevant experience as Executive - Call Centre in a reputed Diagnostics Company and in handling Customer Care & interaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact and help special inquiries and customer requests on calls where customers need detailed understanding of offered pathology tests.
- Answering phones and explaining the pathology tests packages and services offered by the company.
- Asking questions to the client and understanding their specifications.
- Contacting existing client as well as prospective query resolution.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the samples and services.
- Obtaining client information and other relevant data.
- Making recordings of all the income phone & outgoing calls to customer.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the client on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide customer support from inquiry to service
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Candidates Should have good & effective Communication Skills
- Experience in healthcare or wellness industry will be a plus
- Should be able to speak good English
- Should be polite and patient in attitude
