Job Location : Bestech Business Towers, Sector-66, Mohali
Job Type : Full-time (On-site / Hybrid)
Responsibilities :
1. Excellent experience working with various online bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
2. Achieve growth by successfully managing the sales team.
3. Designing and implementing strategic business plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
4. Building and promoting strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5. Setting individual Business targets with the Business team and overseeing their activities and performances.
6. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
7. Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product/service knowledge education.
8. Understanding the ideal clients and how they relate to our business.
Requirements and Skills :
1. MBA in business administration, marketing or a related field
2. Successful previous experience as a Sales Head or Business Developer Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
5. Strong business sense and IT industry expertise
6. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
