UClean - Manager - Franchisee Sales (2-6 yrs)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager. The candidate will be responsible for viable franchise sales opportunities, creating and implementing best practices to sustain franchises, and generate revenue growth. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively across departments within the company, analyzing and reporting on data, and running the existing franchising program. The role is located in Faridabad.
Qualifications
- Experience in Franchise Sales and Business Management
- Proven skills in Franchising, Training, and Sales
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and handle ongoing, complex projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the cleaning services industry is a plus
- Freshers are welcome with good communication.
