UClean - Head - Digital Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Drive User growth through paid marketing
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Desired candidate:
- Ideal Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in creating and executing Performance Marketing which includes Digital marketing and a strong understanding of BTL, stints that showcase a superlative ability to stay ahead of the curve.
- Expertise performance marketing & at least two sub domains and comfort with all other subdomains of marketing - Brand, creative & content, insights and analytics, consumer journey/exp management, events & activation, Lead gen/growth hacking, and communication.
- Comfort with Startup operating model and consumer tech will be a def plus, though not critical
- Well networked in the Marketing & Advertising ecosystem with the ability to get a disproportionate level of creativity for the company
