Job Summary
- Appointing New Franchise
- Generating leads through various marketing activities as cold calling and campaigning.
- Developing a new franchise by planning and organizing, Meeting with exclusive investors/seminars, and bringing strong insight into the task of creating a new franchisee
- Consulting the prospective investors to take the franchise.
- Lead generation through data scrubbing on Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way
- Work on generating inquiries, coordinating, and following up with leads till final closure.
- Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support till sign the agreement
- To participate in events and exhibitions to generate leads and create a platform to meet with prospective franchisees.
- Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain the company's franchise model and to get them to register
- Explaining the business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise-related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads.
- Cross-functional team coordination
- Helping investors in setting up their franchise outlet
- Initially supervising & monitoring store operations
- Key Account Management
- Post-sales support
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience as sales executive/representative or similar role
- Minimum 1-year experience in the similar role
- Should have completed the graduation
- Must have very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be ready to work from the office (no work from home)
