UClean - Associate - Sales (0-4 yrs)
UClean is looking for young, incentive-hungry folks wanting to be a part of India's fastest ever-growing franchise brand and the largest laundry chain in the country. The role would involve a significant amount of tele-calling & emailing prospects, qualifying them, and setting up meetings with qualified prospects
Key responsibilities would include the following :
1. Diligently call up all the franchise leads assigned to them
2. Judiciously Qualify the leads as Hot, Warm, and Cold
3. Follow up with the leads, share proposals and walk them through the business model of UClean
4. Align meetings with the Hot and Warm Leads
5. Work with the team leaders on converting the serious prospects into franchises
6. Adhere to sales targets and overachieve them
7. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Actively maintain CRM and prepare for reviews
9. Willingness to travel within the city as well as outside of the city by road, rail, or air
10. Be highly incentive-driven. This role is best suited for candidates who want to make a lot more in terms of incentives over their fixed salary
We are looking for young folks with not more than 4 years of working experience. Prior sales or tele-calling experience would be a bonus. The job would be based out of UClean Head Office in Faridabad as well as satellite offices in Mumbai and Chennai. This is not a remote job and would require you to come to the office regularly.
