UCG eSolutions - Executive - Marketing (2-4 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Manage a cross functional team of creative, multimedia division and Corporate communication.
2) Creating internal branding for promoting & Coordinating various Events, Conferences, Seminars and Initiatives (ATL & BTL), execute marketing and publicity plans for business, create company literature and other forms of communication needs to design and launch marketing campaigns
3) Collaborate with the Sales/Operations team to tune-in the marketing plan in line with achieving the revenue targets.
4) Ensure brand visibility across identified media channels & trade circles & develop alternate channels for business expansion
5) Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience, customer initiative across multiple channels & customer touch points.
6) Managing & Working with digital marketing & social media teams to deliver impact as per key strategic objectives (generating leads, product awareness, etc)
7) Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
8) Marketing Budget- Planning & Managing
Minimum Requirements:
1) Bachelor/ PG degree in Marketing or Similar Field.
2) Experience: 3-4 years
3) Should have good content writing and analytical skills, Strong attention to detail.
4) Ability to work effectively with others.
5) Should have good knowledge of Media & Graphics.
6) Should be fluent with MS-Office.
7) Should have knowledge and experience of Digital Marketing
