JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Create all marketing content across all brand initiatives, internal and external (blogs, social media, website, Content Marketing, Info graphics, email marketing, Newsletter, Email Drips, press releases, audio and video advertising)

2. Working with teams like Social Media and Web Analytics to improve SEO & Google Adwords efforts, Instrument conversion points & optimize user funnels.

3. Spearheading inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and content marketing efforts and Delivering on content strategy, influencer management, and social & community management

4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

5. Brainstorm new & creative growth strategies & plan, execute, measure experiments & conversion tests.

6. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels & customer touch points.

7. Coordinating all efforts with ATL/BTL activities.

Minimum Requirements :

1. Bachelor/ PG degree in Marketing or Similar Field with 3-4 yrs of experience into digital marketing.

2. Experience into PPC-Adwords or Digital Marketing

3. Experience in data analysis and reporting

4. Knowledge & experience of SEO and digital marketing concepts

5. Knowledge and Experience of multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred

6. Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)

7. Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus

8. Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)

9. Analytical thinking with strong math skills
