UCG eSolutions - Customer Service Representative/Customer Care Executive (0-4 yrs)
Job Description:
- Effective inbound and outbound call handling to build up a relationship between the customer and service provider.
- Contact customers by phone to explain advantages and features of service being sold or persuade them to purchase the services by building the customers interest.
- Answer customer's questions pertaining to service being offered through email and telephone.
- Provide quick resolution to all types of customer related issues.
- Explain and Advice customers on prices, services, variables and options to assist customer in making decision.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with sales team and clients till closure of the deal.
- Regularly follow up with the customers/ service providers/ sales team.
- Maintain records of customer & service provider interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Diploma Holder.
- Proficient in English, Hindi & Marathi Languages. Gujarati language will be an added advantage.
- Good Communication and Written skills.
- Computer Literate and good telephone skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
- Self-Motivated, Multi-tasking, Quick learner.
