uCertify - Associate - Sales (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for talented and competitive Sales Associates. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. US/UK process (night shift - 8:00pm-5:00am).
Requirements:
1. Strong phone presence
2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
3. Strong listening and presentation skills
4. Graduate/PG degree or equivalent
Responsibilities :
1. Find new sales opportunities via cold calling and emails
2. Understand customer needs and requirements
3. Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest
4. Perform effective online demos to prospects
5. Close sales and achieve monthly and weekly goals
6. You will be working via phone or internet, there is no fieldwork involved
Training: 3 Months
Salary After Training Period (Depending on the performance during the training period):
Associate Account Manager - 5 LPA CTC (3.5 LPA Fixed + 1.5 LPA Incentives)
Account Manager - 6 LPA CTC (4.5 LPA Fixed + 1.5 LPA Incentives)
Meal and cab facility is provided.
