Ucanji - Growth Marketer (2-6 yrs)
The day-to-day responsibilities will include the following (and more) :
- Work with cross functional team (Product, Operations, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Ucanji's metric goals.
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
- Plan and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
- Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive engagement.
- Manage SEO.
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data A/B testing;
- Planning, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns;
- Planning, executing and optimizing creative email campaigns and their timing;
- Building effective and engaging referral programs;
- Analyzing the overall sales funnel impact and making adjustments where necessary;
- Utilizing user data to pivot marketing campaigns for more engagement.

- Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
