Qualification/ Requirements :
Academic background - Master Degree required in Marketing; MBA - Marketing
CTC- 6 to 7.5 LPA
Work Experience : 0-1 years (Experience in business development, product management, sales and service)
Preferred Industry : Manufacturing Industry or Industrial Engineering Industry
Job Description / Responsibilities :
General Purpose : To be able to develop and execute strategies to drive growth in current and new businesses
Main/ Essential Task :
- Support in developing and executing long term strategies for target market/customer segment and tactics
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idealization to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, webinar, seminar, virtual show, videos and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Collaborate with sales leaders to align on specific needs to implement growth strategies
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyse consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines- and with minimal and/or ambiguous input from stakeholders
