Ubreathe - B2B Sales Lead (3-8 yrs)
Ubreathe is looking to onboard a member to its core team whose strong focus would be sales and BD primarily in B2B space.
Role : B2B Business Lead
Reports to : Co-Founders
Function : Sales/ B2B/ Enterprise/ Corporate Sales
Key Responsibilities :
- This is a leadership sales role. Person will be responsible for a dedicated set of Key clients across corporates & enterprises.
- Hunting, farming and retention of existing clients would be at the core of this job profile.
- Develop marketing & sales strategy, identify market potential, analyze market trends, competition strength
- Build relationships with C Suite executives, organisations and manage teams effectively.
- Drive CXO level engagement and build effective client relationship
- Analyse current market & identify and tackle weak areas & opportunities
- Optimise business for returns, track leads & conversions, monitor progress and work in tandem with the senior leadership across the organisation.
- Competitor & customer analysis to identify & explore new potential markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills & influencing skills. Grow business from existing clients by cross selling multiple B2B products offered by the organisation
Educational Preference :
- Tier 1 MBA college (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS) Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs- Pilani, NSIT, DCE) is an advantage
Years of work experience : 3-8 Years
Prior Work Experience :
- Prior B2B sales experience
- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales/ enterprise sales
- Experience in new business development & farming of existing business
- CXO / Senior Management level engagement
- Preference would be given to candidates with real estate, environment consulting or relevant background

- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design solutions for them
- Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
