We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and help forge strategic partnerships with key global accounts
About the Role :
Position Overview :
- The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships with large enterprise clients on a global scale.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to succeed, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel globally.
- You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our enterprise clients globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales and an understanding of the CPaaS market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify and qualify new global business opportunities through in-depth research, calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales-related matters
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, challenges, and goals in order to recommend solutions that meet their needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure that the client receives a seamless sales experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company's CRM system
Preferred Skills & Qualification :
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to effectively manage multiple sales opportunities and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions
- Strong ambition and willingness to learn and grow within the enterprise sales domain.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed to meet with clients and partners.
