U GRO - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Experience required for Urgo Jobs in Bangalore
- Must be a graduate or 10+2 or bachelor degree). MBA's would be an advantage
- Candidates having Sales experience of at-least 1 year in the Retail Banking Industry; especially Home Loans, Wealth and Current/Savings Accounts sales will be preferred
- Understanding of the Local of market
- Good client connects in the geography
- Experience in lower ticket size up to 15 lacs
- Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
- Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit
Key Responsibilities of BDM at Urgo Capital :
- Sales/Develop business of LAP, Mortgage, Business loans through direct sourcing from Local market base
- Good client connects in the geography and convert in sales.
- Sales of BFSI and lending products
- Responsible for processing - documentations of Loans & other financial services.
- Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving of individual & team/branch targets..
- Meet the business objectives initiated by the respective city's priority clients business
- Customer focused need-based selling
- Deepen customer relationship and maximize penetration
