U-Dictionary is the Top 100 App in Google Play Store India. U-Dictionary Team is looking for a Meme & Viral Marketing executive to join our India office to help achieve our goals. As a marketing executive, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your actionable contribution will help develop, expand and maintain the Indian market.

Responsibilities

1. Create memes, graphics, viral videos and digital assets across all digital channels (social media, app, and advertising) to drive engagement

2. Help manage and monitor team social media accounts, insuring very active profiles

3. Execute branding initiatives through content creation

4. Coordinate marketing efforts around team news and app content

5. Support publicity and grassroots promotions via app and social media

6. Respond to inquiries submitted through the app & social

7. Review data on the performance of meme & viral marketing campaigns and adjusts plans or strategies to optimize them.

8. Support the marketing team in other social media, marketing & sales tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other design or animation software is required.

2. Have passion for social media, meme and viral marketing.

3. Experience working with mobile internet or app or viral marketing agency is required. Experience with regional language social media or content aggregator apps is strongly preferred.

4. Mother language can be Hindi/Urdu.

5. Familiarity with mainstream social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, ShareChat, Vigo, Helo, Snapchat and Twitter.

6. Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.

7. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and should be a hustler who knows how to get things done.

8. Relevant experience of 2-3 years is an advantage.

9. Sharp-witted, comedic & energetic personality

10. Ability to repel trolls and fire off witty responses & ice cold burns
