Campaign Manager | Tyroo

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 2-4 years

We are looking for a skilled digital marketer with expertise in campaign management, account management, client servicing, and strategy building. The ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned accounts and focus on scaling them while achieving the client's key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires proficiency in delivering successful campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver measurable results.

2. Develop and execute a robust measurement strategy, ensuring tracking, optimization, and delivery of KPIs.

3. Conduct in-depth data analysis to manage campaign pacing, performance, and optimization.

4. Present insightful weekly, mid-campaign, and end-of-campaign reports with actionable recommendations.

5. Advise clients on targeting strategies to ensure optimal campaign outcomes.

6. Collaborate with Sales Executives to create strategic media plans that ensure strong campaign performance at launch.

7. Continuously refine optimization processes and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency.

8. Share key learnings across the team, contributing to overall process improvement and defining campaign benchmarks.

Key Requirements :

1. Proven experience (2-4 years) in campaign management, execution, and delivery.

2. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

4. Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively across different functional teams.

5. Operational knowledge across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Taboola, Outbrain, and similar.

6. Experience in optimizing campaigns on Programmatic or Native platforms is an added advantage.

Basic Qualifications :

1. A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

2. 2-4 years of experience working in the online or digital advertising industry.
