About the Role :
At Tyroo, the marketing team plays a crucial role in realizing our partners' and our business missions. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team by coordinating various aspects of marketing campaigns, events, and projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among different departments, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the execution of marketing initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination : Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media, email, etc.).
- Event Management : Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and equipment setup
- Content Management : Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns
- Market Research and Analysis : Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decision-making
- Administrative Support : Maintain organized records of marketing materials, contracts, and invoices
- Social Media Management : Assist in the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all channels.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years Previous experience in a marketing role or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic design principles and familiarity with graphic design software is a plus
