About the Company :
TyresnMore.com (TnM) is India's 1st Doorstep Tyres delivery and Fitment ecommerce platform. It has a highly experienced leadership team from relevant industry and also has been backed up lead investors.
We are looking for a Call agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. If you have the desired skillset and attitude to work in fast paced startup scenario, and ready to join at early stage of growth, send in your CV.

Position: Call Agent
Location: Delhi
Work Schedule: 7 days working (1 - Week off)
Compensation: Industry Standards
Responsibilities :
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Process order information; schedule appointments
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
- Processing orders, and queries requested by the customers.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in timely manner
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to send products or provide services on time to customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
Requirements :
- 3 Years of relevant experience in in sales, marketing, or customer service roles
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office
- Fluency in multiple languages: English, Hindi
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills
- Strong English skills - verbal and written. Should be able to chat on various Messengers like Facebook/Whatsapp
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
