- Experience in Web Development & Mobile apps projects acquisition & closing.
- Sound Technical knowledge of advanced Web/ Mobile technologies trending today.
- Responsible to generate new business leads through cold calling, events and networking.
- Take complete ownership for monitoring and selling web, digital marketing and application solutions in the all market.
- Analyse business requirement, identify and evaluate market, new target clients.
- Responsible to drafting business proposals and presentation.
- Build a pipeline of Business opportunities and close orders.
- Lead generation through Internet marketing services, Email Marketing, social media etc.
- Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities Customer interactions (via phone, email and visits), Handle Client queries.
- Set up meetings between client and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- To building a long lasting relationships with new clients as well as existing clients.
- Build a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues across the various Business Units.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful deliveries
- Result oriented, emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of Performance and operating conditions.
Required Candidate profile
- Experience in business planning.
- Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant sales and Business development experience in IT with proven track record of success.
- Time management skills and strong deadline orientation.
- Must have exposure of Outbound and Inbound Sales.
- The capacity to work well on your own or in a team.
- Should have good negotiation Skills and close the orders with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients.
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
