Do You Have the Right Stuff ?
- Strong bias for action - At Twid we work at a very fast pace
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development and Hunting roles
- Prior experience in Payment / Fintech industry
- Excellent communication with leadership mentos
- Entrepreneurial bent of mind to understand our vision and mission and hustle to achieve the milestones
- MBA from a Premium B-school (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MDI, SP Jain, NMIMS, SIBM) preferred
Responsibilities :
- Lead Business Development and outreach activity with top merchants in online category
- Lead initiatives of rewards and payments at CXOs and manage the relationship.
- Lead relationship and Business Development with existing Acquirer partners and their Account Managers to on-board and engage online merchants.
- Manage P&L and teams of Key Account Managers for growth initiative
- Create a knowledge pool and participate in leadership discussion for product improvements and modifications.
- Solution new products in rewards and payments with leadership team and leading merchant CXOs.
