TWF Flours - Executive - Inside Sales (1-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Your first priority would be helping our customers be happy and successful while using TWF products.
2. Your second priority will be to help happy customers take up our subscription offerings.
3. Proactively communicating with new customers on calls, WhatsApp, E-mails and other social media platforms.
4. Educate customers on product features and benefits of the product.
5. Be one of the leading voices for the customer by working with the Sales, Marketing, Content and Product teams to prioritise the features that will benefit them.
6. Compile product feedback and ideas to help improve our product and communications.
7. Track and identify expansion opportunities and churn risks.
8. Build and implement internal processes and guidelines to successfully scale the Customer Success team's initiatives and product feedback loops.
9. Become a keen, passionate expert in all things related to analytics, subscriptions and customer success.
Requirements for the role:
1. More than 6 months of experience in telesales/telemarketing/inside sales.
2. Outgoing and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure.
3. Proactive and able to work independently with an ability to think out of the box.
4. Experience working in a matrix and highly collaborative team oriented environment.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Fluent English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
7. Excellent analytical, organisational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to interact and collaborate successfully with all levels and functional areas.
Location: Noida (remote for now)
