Position : Public Relations Consultant - Business Development and PR)

Responsibilities:

1. Penetrating potential clients :

3. Researching business opportunities :

4. Facilitating the entire BD process :

- Lead generation.

- Conducting client meetings.

- Creating presentations.

- Negotiating and closing deals.

5. Keeping abreast of industry news :

- Staying informed about the latest developments.

- Understanding market dynamics.

6. Developing growth strategies :

- Planning for business expansion.

- Identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

7. Attending conferences and industry events :

- Networking to build professional connections.

- Staying updated on industry best practices.

8. Managing relationships with existing clients :

- Ensuring client satisfaction.

- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

9. Developing partnerships and business associations :

- Building alliances with larger agencies for mutual benefit.

- Exploring collaborative opportunities.

Skills :

1. Proven BD experience :

- Demonstrated success in selling organizational services.

2. Minimum of 1-2 years in PR DOMAIN under Business Development :

- Relevant experience in Public Relations and Media Relations Agency.

3. Strategic thinking :

- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies.

4. Drive and initiative :

- Self-motivated with a focus on results and action.

5. Proficient in Office Tools :

- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

6. Strong communication skills :

- Fluent in written and verbal English.

- Effective communication in both interpersonal and business settings.

7. Presentation and facilitation skills :

- Ability to present ideas effectively.

- Facilitation of discussions during meetings.

8. Excellent interpersonal skills :

- Building and maintaining positive relationships.

9. Communication and negotiation skills :

- Articulate communication in negotiations.
