TVS Tyres - Territory Sales Executive (1-3 yrs)

Sales Operations :
- Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by following up on orders, deliveries and collections.
- Ensure that the overall sales productivity is maintained at targeted levels.
- Ensure achievement of sales target for each segment and product in the assigned region through regular follow up with all channel partners.
- Meet the daily set targets in terms of meetings with channel partners, customers, potential customers and influencers.
- Manage the assigned geographical sales area to maximize sales revenues through distribution channel.
- Ensure regular relationship building with dealers & sub dealers for the assigned area.
- Participate in monthly planning and review exercises with the dealers to maximize sales and coverage.
- Answer dealers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Regularly communicate with dealers about the new products of the company.
- Implement sales schemes on discounts, warranties etc. as per set norms.
- Ensure prompt response to all customer related queries and mails.
- Meet prospective channel partners and customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to distributors.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Participate in new product roll-outs for the assigned area.
Commercial :
- Ensure all invoices are raised accurately.
- Ensure to receive payments from dealers/ sub-dealers within stipulated duration of time.
- Escalate any issues in collections to Territory Manager / Cluster Head.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty.
- Respond to queries from customers quickly, effectively and accurately.
- Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response to their inquiries and provide quotations accordingly.
- Ensure customer related inquiries, orders and complaints are addressed on time so as to improve customer satisfaction levels.
MIS and Reporting :
- Prepare regular reports on the dealer performance and provide the same to Territory Manager.
- Prepare and provide product market data and competitor activity reports to evaluate sales results.
Sales and Distribution management experience must from FMCG or any other similar industry
