Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers who visit the showroom in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide information about our products, answer questions, and guide customers in their purchase decisions.
- Create a positive and memorable customer experience.
Product Knowledge :
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and specifications.
- Stay updated on product inventory, promotions, and new arrivals to provide accurate information to customers.
- Demonstrate products effectively to showcase their value.
Sales and Revenue Generation :
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
Showroom Maintenance:
- Monitor and replenish product displays as needed.
- Report any maintenance or inventory issues to the appropriate personnel.
Customer Service :
- Address customer concerns, issues, or returns professionally and promptly.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile to provide excellent service.
- Gather feedback and convey it to the management for continual improvement.
Skills and Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in sales or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in showroom sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
