TUV SUD - Manager - Business Development (4-8 yrs)
1. Operations and Business development manager for developing, promoting and selling examination and personnel certifications.
I. Responsibility and Authority
- Understanding the market requirements, Identify and develop customized examination solution within the scope of TUV SUD's policies.
- Coordination & communication with existing Training providers and creating new data base of companies, individuals by identifying new sales leads
- Preparation of the quotation, communication for the invoicing and sending the invoice to the customers until the collection is done
- Networking with the experts for the development of the new examination and certification
- Maintenance of the existing question bank and upgrading time on regular intervals as per the current versions in the industry
- Developing the scheme for TUV SUD standard examination and scheme for the customized examination of the clients
- Coordination for the exams with the international examination board - (IREB)
- Responsible for the sales from PTE center in Ludhiana and bring new exam from the portfolio of Pearson
- Responsible for the smooth operations of the examinations including Proprofs & Certbay
- Ethics and Quality on the top of every priority.
II. Education and Experience
1. Should have knowledge on the management systems, able to understand the requirements of ISO 17024 standard
2. Minimum 4 year's full-time work experience in examination business along with the development process.
3. Added Value: It would be an advantage if the candidate has knowledge on the certification business in the industry.
