Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead - Inside Sales. As a Lead - Inside Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the edtech industry and its products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and meet or exceed sales targets.

3. Set clear sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align sales efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.

6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and product improvement areas.

7. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the senior management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services in the market.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven track record in high ticket sales, with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

2. Previous experience in a leadership role, with strong team management and coaching skills.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.

5. Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

6. Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

Job Location : Hyderabad

Working Days : Tuesday to Sunday

Salary : Based on your interview and company standards
