Tutoroot - Manager - Sales (6-10 yrs)
We are looking for an aggressive go-getter to join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate must have a passion for driving revenue, managing a large team, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by incentives.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Generation :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team Management :
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 30-40 sales representatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Operations :
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Handle escalations and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Incentive Management :
- Design and implement incentive programs to motivate and reward top performers.
- Ensure transparency and fairness in the incentive distribution process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in sales and team management, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation, determination, and drive to succeed.
