Job Description:
- We are looking for dynamic and pleasing attitude, well-spoken academic counselor to be responsible for selling Live interactive classes for IIT, JEE, NEET, IB etc.
- The position expects reaching out to pre-defined database of parents/students, understanding the need, explain course offerings, its features, advantages, benefit and solicit participation in demos thereby closing the sale.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cold calling leads, collaborating with faculty to deliver courses offering demos to qualified leads & reaching out to parents/decision makers thereby enrolling them to courses.
- Play a role of trusted career advisor to both student and parent.
- Counsel the student, set goal and inspire them to study more for competitive exams.
- Convince the value of academic program to parents/students.
Eligibility Criteria: Engineering/BBA/MBA/Any Degree.
Skills Required:
- Must have pleasing communication and convincing presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi and any one Indian regional language would be added advantage.
- Go getter sales attitude to convince about the value of academic program to parents/students.
- Minimum 0-2 years of sales experience
- Must be confident, self-motivated & should willing to work hard to achieve sales targets.
