- We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join our team. If you're a self-starter, adaptable to change, and a go-getter with a zeal to work with constant breakthroughs to achieve the desired results, you'll fit right in with our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and introduce them to our products/services.

- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure business growth.

- Collaborate with different teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Provide accurate and timely information to prospects about our offerings.

- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high level of reach & satisfaction.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications :

- Fresh graduates (Major in Marketing preferred) or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in outbound calling, sales, or business development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
