Introduction:

- We are looking for an Mutual Fund Sales Manager in the tele calling vertical to be responsible for managing Mutual Fund sales and overseeing the sales team. The responsibilities of an Mutual Fund Sales Manager include setting and monitoring sales goals, facilitating the professional development of the team, and providing customer support.To be successful as an Mutual Fund Sales Manager, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation, and be comfortable working long hours. Ultimately, a top-notch Mutual Fund Sales Manager should be an exceptional leader, have good customer relations skills, and be goal-driven.

Responsibilities :

1. Setting and monitoring sales objectives.

2. Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.

3. Contributing to meeting sales targets.

4. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

5. Answering customer queries.

6. Mediating disputes with customers.

7. Maintaining basic tele-calling performance parameters such as call connectivity rate, attempt rate, wrap time etc.

8. Managing regular team activities such as attendance, attrition, coaching, mentoring etc.

Requirements :

1. Previous experience in Mutual Funds

2. Previous experience in tele-calling

3. Experience in managing a minimum team size of 20 employees, Sales acumen.

4. Solid understanding of policies and products

5. Be able to provide mentorship

6. Strong leadership qualities

7. Excellent interpersonal skills
